Introduction
To introduce and describe our lesson today, please start by clicking on the video above that matches the lesson you are doing.
You will follow the 4 lessons Links above doing the small tasks from the video on a piece of paper just as you would do with the hook at the start of our Maths lessons back at school.
Then move onto the worksheets in the Maths File Share .
Watch the video and complete the small tasks in your jotter or on a piece of paper- I would like to see the pictures.

Log in to your Class Dojo account.
Click on Portfolio tab.
Click on virtual classroom Maths activity.
Submit a photo of your completed work there.
I so appreciate the amount of work you are putting in to help your children still succeed with Maths. Please can you take the time to message on the class dojo with your thoughts on the work and the virtual classroom.

Then for an extra task writing your own sentences in your jotter using the word classes used that day. Remember to take a photo and upload it to your portfolio.

Introduction
The science work is for the period of self-isolation and can be found in the science file share. Children can write a factfile about a famous scientist, investigate the properties of materials and discuss true and false statements about dissolving. In class, we have begun to look at the factors which affect dissolving using sugar.

Let's do some fun artwork! I have attached a short presentation about Kurt Schwitters. Your task over the next couple of weeks is to research this artist and create a collage of a rainforest. Enjoy!

I have also included some work in the computing file below related to online safety. All Years 5 and 6 have been discussing this topic and Year 6 children have been collating a guide on how to stay safe on social media.
